“House of Leaves” Novelist Mark Z. Danielewski Shares his New Work at Macs Backs on Coventry

Thu 11/7 @ 7PM

Mark Z. Danielewski has written some very strange books. Since hitting the literary scene with his 2000 debut House of Leaves, he’s become known for novels that mess with the reader’s sense of reality and offer both narrative and visual disorientation. He is also an ailurophile.

The newly published (this week!) Little Blue Kite is his eighth full-length novel. Its main character Kai needs to overcome his fear of flying this kite. Where will flying it lead him? Come here Danielewski read from the book and talk about it at Mac’s Backs on Coventry.

It’s free and open to all.
