The votes are in and we’re proud and happy to say that the readers of AllAboutJazz.com have chosen Cleveland’s own BOP STOP as the #1 jazz club in the U.S. and the #2 club in the world. It finished only behind the Kozlov Jazz Club in Moscow (Hmmmm … did Putin rig the election???)
Two other northeast Ohio clubs also finished in the top 100: Nighttown in Cleveland Heights (#16) and Akron’s BLU Jazz+ (#31). Nearly 4,000 votes were cast in the poll, which closed April 16.
