Sat 10/27 @ 10AM-3PM
Owls & Howls is a fun AND educational Halloween party, taking place at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
Sure, wear your Halloween costume (kids 12 and under in costume get in free), but come prepared to do play games, decorate pumpkins, make a take-home mask, and best of all, watch animal demonstrations, taking place every hour from 10am-3pm outside in the Ralph Perkins II Wildlife Center & Woods Garden.
We’d suggest getting there at 10:30am for the North American river otters because what is more entertaining than otters? Not much. Later on, you can see demos with a raven, an albino raccoon, crows and turkey vultures and coyotes. There’ll also be roaming animals you can meet close-up, and you can make a Halloween treat to take back to your cat or dog at home so they don’t think you’re leaving them for another animal.
Activities are free with museum admission.
