More than 70 performers graced the stage of the Beachland Ballroom during the three-day Ohio Burlesque Festival, in its 8th year. They came from across the country, as well as Canada and Panama. They came in all sizes, shapes, colors and genders. They danced ballet and performed retro skits about finding love in the age of dial-up and AOL messenger. They sang torch songs and ogled a photo of David Bowie and impersonated Wayne and Garth. Packed houses each night cheered loudly for every performer and people left saying they can hardly wait for next year.
