This summer, there’s the FRONT International Triennial. Next summer, yet another big new festival of the arts will be coming to Cleveland with the inaugural four-day BorderLight Festival of International Theatre.
And this week, there’s a “carnival-inspired” benefit party for the event called “STRIKE, BOOM, BASH with BorderLight!” (exclamation mark theirs). The evening, which takes place in the inner coutyard at Worthington Yards apartments, will feature circus-type acts, gypsy jazz musicians, raffles and auctions, food and drink, and the chance to learn more about the festival. Guests will also be able to tour the art galleries that occupy the ground floor lobby of the building.
General admission is $60, which includes appetizers and a cash bar. The $130 VIP tickets include early admission at 6:30, a “secret” VIP room, two drink tickets, a champagne toast, and special food and performances. To get tickets go to buytickets.at/strikeboombash.
