Dru Christine Fabrics & Design Hosts Hiring Event

Tue 7/17 @ noon-5PM

Have you been thinking about getting into the world of fashion but don’t know where to start? A good place is to find a mentor, such as Dru Thompson, of Dru Christine Fabrics and Design located in the Superior Arts District’s Lake affect Studios (She’s also CoolCleveland’s fashion columnist).

Dru has built a successful and growing business. Last year, she moved her studio from the Waterloo Arts District to downtown because she’d outgrown her space. And now she’s having a hiring event at the new studio because she needs to grow her staff. It’s an opportunity to come down, see what it’s like, and for both parties to see if you’d be a good fit.

She’s looking to fill part-time positions for a production assistant, sewing instructors, social media specialist and store assistant. The first two require sewing samples. ALL positions require total reliability and willingness to work! Bring your resume or submit it in advance to druewho1@gmail.com with the name of the position you’re interested in as the subject heading.

To learn more and reserve a space (registration is preferred), go to eventbrite/dc-hiring-event-tickets.
