While Great Lakes Theater’s PlayhouseSquare stage prepares to open Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None on Fri 2/26, its outreach company heads out for the neighborhoods to give audiences a little free taste of the Christie mystique.

Agatha’s Christie’s The Secret Adversary is a world-premiere adaptation by Cleveland-area playwright David Hansen, directed by Liza Ortenzi. The 70-minute play features two young adventurers Thomas Beresford and Prudence “Tuppence” Cowley who decide to become detectives and find themselves in almost over their heads.

Through 3/10, the production will be fanning out across northeast Ohio to various theaters, libraries and other open-to-the-public facilities. Tonight, for instance, it’s at the retirement community Kendal in Oberlin. Go here for a full schedule of upcoming performances.
