Lakewood Storefront Businesses Hold "Sip & Shop" Evening

Thu 6/25 @ 5-8PM

One of the city of Lakewood’s most distinctive assets is its block after block of storefronts occupied by small locally owned boutiques, bars and eateries, giving it a throwback feel of when neighborhoods were close and walkable.

A small group of these businesses, located on two blocks of Detroit Avenue between 15602 and 15709, have been hosting “Sip & Shop” evenings, when they stay open late, for an evening of shopping and socializing. Now they’re doing another.

Participating businesses include FunkiniLand, BeatCycles, Mishi Lifestyle with Lakewood Plant Company doing a pop-up, Thrive & Shine Candle C0., The White Moon Soap Company, Wovensmart, and Nature’s Oasis, along with a new business Blair Ritchey luxury purses and leather goods, which is opening this week at this new location. The shops will be offering small bites as an incentive to linger. And 10% of all sales made that evening will be donated to the Cleveland Food Bank.
