A million food trucks will amass in Fairview Park for the Fairview Park Food Truck Festival at the Gemini Center. OK, obviously not a million — but still there will be a lot. Aside from the trucks, you can expect live music, adult beverages and cornhole along with inflatables and a splash park for the kids.
