The world renown Cleveland Orchestra made a private stop at CMSD’s Mound STEM School last Thursday and transformed the Elemetary school’s gym into a musical wonderland for students. As part of their residency in Slavic Village, the Cleveland Orchestra looked forward to this intimate concert specifically because it would inspire so many.
For many of the kids, this was not only their first time seeing an orchestral concert in-person, but also the first time they have ever heard of the organization. On the other hand, that didn’t stop them from bopping along once the drums started kicking up the party!
