The Cleveland Flea will be at a different local this month — at Tyler Village in 36th and Superior, where Groove N Brew will also be going on. But it will still offer its monthly workshops it holds in conjuncton with the Agrarian Collective, where you can find something pretty at the market and then use it to create.
This month, the 35-minute hands-on class will be devoted to making a shrub — a fruity cocktail mix that is used to make a refreshing summer pick-me-up. The class will make a blueberry balsamic fruit shrub with apple cider vinegar, a habanero-flavored salt (that alone should give you a lift!), and a homemade herbal syrup.
Buy a cocktail glass or a vintage bottle to store your shrub from one of the Flea vendors. Or just come and learn.
Pre-registration is required. Go here to register.
The class is $25.
