Cleveland punk rockers the Facials are calling it quits after 13 years.
The loud, aggressive, yet tuneful band leaves behind a couple of albums, a trail of Midwest and east coast shows, and a cadre of loyal fans. But the five members’ lives have taken them in different directions, and they’ve decided to go out not with a whimper but a bang. They’re pulling out all the stops for their final show at Now That’s Class, promising a mix of old and new tunes and a gathering of the Facials tribe from all over.
They’ll be sharing the bill with Baltimore’s Over Our Eyes, as well as two newer Cleveland punk bands: Nightsweats, who released their debut album New Sounds last year, and the Old One Two.
Admission is $5.
