Johnathon Sawyer, the ever popular Cleveland chef-owner of Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat, is now a Finalist for the James Beard Foundation Awards for 2014. He’s up against five regional chefs vying for Best Chef of the Great Lakes region, which includes Ohio, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. Michael Symon won the award in 2009.
