St James Catholic Church in Lakewood presents another in its series of “Sounds of St. James” classical music concerts, featuring some of the area’s most talented musicians, both students and professionals. Its next concert of chamber music will feature pieces by Frederic Chopin, Felix Mendelssohn, Mozart and more.
Musicians include Cleveland-based pianist Halida Dinova who has played with orchestras and performed recitals in North and South America and Europe; Lakewood cellist/educator Ariel David Londono; violinist David Mendieta; and violist Cibel Mendez.
The concert is followed by a reception with refreshments and a chance to chat with the musicians. It’s free; a free-will offering will be taken.
