The second annual Firefish festival transformed an even larger footprint in downtown Lorain with music, dance, theater, art, video, spoken word and fire-based performances that reached down to the Black River, where the ceremonial 36-foot burning fish ended up at the finale of the event.
Meanwhile, starting mid-afternoon, performers of all types held forth in a variety of hidden and normally unused spaces such as alleys and rooftops, along with the Palace Theatre. Interactive games and creative activities made this festival engaged for attendees of all ages.
