It’s belated and way off season, but The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra’s Mardi Gras Meets Gospel concert, originally scheduled for February 11, is finally happening. and is sure to be a rousing party even with Mardi Grass long past.
Join this big band featuring some of the area’s top jazz musicians, ranging from veterans to up-and-comers when they play at the Maltz Performing Arts Center.
“The ecstasy of New Orleans meets the joy of the gospel as the CJO combines forces with a dazzling array of soloists and local gospel choirs, featuring Reginald Bowens and Adrianna Miller,” they promise.
