Zygote Press’s new exhibit, titled Swamp Water, features the work of artists, writers and scientists addressing the beauty and environmental role of Northern Ohio’s wetlands which has been compiled into a book of that name.
The exhibit will feature work by the book’s contributors including Jasen Burnthistle, Mansa Lamont Bey, Jacqueline Bon, Sequoia Bostick, Lisa Kutschbach Broh, Michael Marefka, Yana Mikho-Misho, Alyssa Mills, Kyle J. Osborne, Arfil Pajarillaga, Coyote Peterson, Scarlet Rice, Zenaida Smith, Janet Stearns and Anna Wagner. The exhibit’s opening reception on Friday July 24 is also a celebration of the book’s release.
The show will remain on view through August 29.
