Many arts and culture groups are wrapping up their seasons this month, and that includes Story Club Cleveland, which invites people to come share their stories with an audience. This month’s seasonal theme is blooming, blossoming and growing, which suggest many potential avenues for a story — but it has to be true!

Each monthly storytelling session offers stories told by two special guests—this month they are Brandon Schoeppner and Madalyn Baker—before the mic is opened to audience participants. There are four open mic slots, and you should come at 7pm to register. If more than four people sign up, names are drawn from a hat. Each open mic speaker has six minutes to share their story, and it doesn’t HAVE to be on the month’s theme.

Story Club Cleveland events take play at Forest City Brewery in Ohio City, which has a full bar and menu to enjoy while you cheer on the storytellers.
