The Larchmere Sidewalk Sale is a Memorial Day weekend tradition, and if you haven’t been to Larchmere Boulevard lately, it’s a great time to check out the nearly 50 small, locally owned businesses that line the street, including several new eateries offering everything from vegan to Brazilian to pasta to bar food. Fashion, art, self-care and vintage items are among the things offered on the street, and you’ll definitely want to stop in Loganberry Books, a huge space chockful of both new and used books, as well as cards and small gift items, many of them with a literary twist (unsurprisingly).
Many of the shops will have sale items on racks and in boxes in front of their store — but beware — they’re trying to lure you inside! Don’t resist.
