Wed 2/11 @ 5-7PM

ReWorks is the short, catchy name for The Summit Country Solid Waste Management Authority, which, as its name suggests, develops and deploys environmentally sound methods of managing and recycling trash in Summit County.

ReWorks will be presenting this month’s program at Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Low Power Happy Hour, which gives attendees the chance to learn about various aspects of protecting and improving the environment hile meeting and mingling with like-minded people.

This month, ReWorks executive director Marcie Kress will be talking about solutions for reducing, reusing and recycling solid materials and ways the community can pitch in.

Doors open at 5pm for networking; a cash bar is available. The presentation starts at 5:30 with a Q&A at 6. From 6:30-7 there’s more hanging out and chatting with fellow attendees. It takes place at CVNP’s Happy Days Lodge. Get tickets here. Learn more about ReWorks at www.summitreworks.com/.
