For the third and final week of its playwrights festival, Tremont-based convergence-continuum theater is partnering with Hollins University to stage Absolutely by J. Harvey Stone, a director/playwright/educator in Williamsburg, Virginia, who is currently working on an MFA in playwrighting at Roanoke, Virginia’s Hollins College.
The two-act play tells the story of a person dealing with dementia. The synopsis tells us, “Absolutes are few and far between when dealing with dementia, as Kevin is learning. A story told in two acts separated by time, place, and Lewy Body Dementia. The characters remain the same, but sometimes life has a way challenging different versions of ourselves.”
