Tucked away in High Street Hop House, Baxter’s Speakeasy is described as “the kitschiest bar in town” and “a safe space for all.” This intimate spot hosts an outdoor patio, pool & darts room, stage and reservable loft space upstairs.
The menu displays an eclectically named array of cocktails, fan favorites include the Witchy Woman and Dolly Parton My French. Baxter’s Speakeasy also offers a selection of red and white wine, beer and seltzers.
Patrons that find themselves at Baxter’s on the first Sunday of the month, will be invited to enjoy Speakeasy Sessions — a melting pot of artistic performances in a relaxed open mic format. Those of a more energetic persuasion are encouraged to experience Latin Night, the third Thursday of the month.
