Yeah, like there are not enough opportunities to see the 1946 holiday classic It’s a Wonderful Life around this time of year.
But if you’d like to see it in a festival theater setting, head over to the Capitol Theatre in Gordon Square, where it will be the featured film at one of the theater’s movie cocktail parties. Prior to the screening, there’s a social hour in the lobby starting at 6pm with free appetizers and mini-cocktail and more dinks available for purchase.
At 7pm pile into the theater to the movie about the guy whose life is a shambles and is ready to end it all until his guardian angel shows him how different the lives of his family, friends and colleagues would have been without him.
Admission is $10.
