The outdoor U.S. Bank Plaza at PlayhouseSquare has been buzzing with series of evening all summer long, including noontime performances, happy hour concerts, salsa dancing and yoga. That’s all coming to an end as the days start to cool. The Tuesday night concerts wrap up with a perennial summertime (and anytime) favorite, Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band, whose uplifting reggae graces many local summer festivals and outdoor concert series.
