Given the explosive growth of community gardening and urban farming in northeast Ohio in the last decade, it’s appropriate that the American Community Gardening Association decided to have its 37th annual meeting here — an event sure to stir much less controversy than the Republican National Convention.
Taking place at Cleveland State University, it brings together innovators, stars and leaders in the community gardening movement with workshops, speakers, presentations and visits to local community gardens, and encourages the leaders of tomorrow.
