Northeast Ohio’s long-running (25 years!) country-influenced roots music band Hillbilly IDOL is back for another of their periodic gigs at the Music Box Supper Club.
This month they’ll be playing “Country Music from the Golden Age,” which, believe me, is not now. Timeless tunes by influential heartbreaker Hank Williams and his contemporaries will be on the set list. Go elsewhere if you want to hear bro country tunes about partying down by the river in your pickup with a hot little girl in cutoff jeans.
