Fri 1/8 @ 8:30PM
Warm body and soul during Cleveland’s chilliest and dreariest time of year with a hearty, traditional meal and some drinks at Cleveland Heights’ long-running, popular Irish-style restaurant and bar Nighttown, along with a tropical performance by singer/guitarist Moises Borges.
A native of Bahia, Brazil, Borges has lived in Cleveland for many years so he may need some cheering up himself. He’ll heat up the atmosphere by performing music from his homeland, such as samba and the guitar-based bossa nova created and popularized by musicians like Antonio Carlos Jobim and João Gilberto, music redolent of sunnier climes.
Admission is $10.
