The Great Grog Bake Off is a series of competitions taking place at the Grog Shop, based on the British TV show, The Great British Bake Off. Fortunately, the amateur bakers in Cleveland can shoot their shot in a single night instead of over the course of ten episodes!
For the eighth installment of the Grog Shop series, participants are asked to create a delicacy made with cheese in any form, sweet or savory, crisp or melty. And audience members will get a chance to taste, vote and crown a people’s choice winner, while professional judges will also be judging their favorite. The judges for this round will be cheesemonger Maldeyn Varela, creator of Cheezy Talk with Madelyn, and Cleveland food/travel/hospitality reporter/promoter Emily Pentecost. Cahnnel 19’s Vic Gideon will be hosting.
