One of the only overly anti-Hitler Hollywood films to hit the screens before the U.S.’s entry into WWII, “The Mortal Storm,” Directed by Frank Borzage, will be showing at The Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage. The film tells the story of Hitler’s rise to power through the eyes of a small German family. The films release was so critical of the regime that it quickly became banned in Germany. Stay for the after-film discussion with Museum Director of Education and Public Programs Jeffery Allen, and also enjoy admission to the museum with each movie ticket.
