The Music Box Supper Club has announced that it’s hired Mitchell Grattan to be vice president of operations. He’ll be overseeing all of the club’s restaurant and kitchen functions.
“We’re thrilled to have Mitchell join our team,” says Music Box’s co-owner Mike Miller. “He has a long track record of success working in some of Northeast Ohio’s best restaurants, and transforming them into destinations known for their impeccable service and quality food. We expect he’ll elevate the Music Box’s dining experience in similar ways.”
The Fairview Park native previously held management positions at Blue Point Grille, Ken Stewart’s East Bank and Beau’s On The River where he worked in such operations aspects as staff manager, guest relations and back office support. While he was gm of the Blue Pointe Grille in the Warehouse District, the restaurant won Cleveland Magazine’s Silver Spoons award for Best Service. He’s also a wine connoisseur.
