Did you miss the 4th annual Ohio Burlesque Fest last month? Shame on you! It’s one of the hippest and most eagerly anticipated additions to Cleveland’s events schedule.
Want a sample of what it’s about so you can make a mental note not to miss next year’s edition? You’re in luck. OBF promoter Bella Sin has put together an evening called It’s Burlesque, taking place at the Beachland Ballroom, that’s like a primer on what the new burlesque is about.
She’s got a stellar headliner, New York City’s comely Dangrrr Doll, who is known for her offbeat performances and her extravagant costumes. Bella herself will be performing, and her routines keep getting more exciting and creative all the time. She’s also showcasing a batch of Cleveland area entertainers: Eliza Sidecar, Faith McFluff, Doll Bambino, belly dancer Mahsitti Jade, and drag queen Lady J Martinez, along with Columbus’ Lilly Parallax, and Bianca Coal out of New Mexico.
Tickets are $15 in advance, $17 at the door. VIP tickets are also available for $20.
