The Cleveland Museum of Natural History has done a serious upgrade to its café. It hired local chef/entrepenteur Zack Bruell (Chinato, Table 45, L’Albatros etc) to revamp it and reopen it in the summer of 2015 as Exploration. The casual café features local, seasonal ingredients in sandwiches, paninis, burgers, pizzas, soups, salads and entrees, with a salad bar, a braise station and a noodle station. Spending a day with the kids at the museum doesn’t have to mean grabbing something mediocre. The café is open to non-museum goers as well Monday through Saturday 11am-3pm and Sundays noon-4pm.
