What started off as an antique business has grown into 5,000 square feet of vintage decorations. While Yellow Creek Trading Company still sells some antiques in the basement, known as their 2nd Glance Department, this shop focuses on home décor that just has that antique feel to it.
There is a labyrinth of rooms to explore, each holding treasures better than the last, so bring a friend and use the buddy system so as not to get lost. That friend will also be helpful in pointing out treasures you may have missed, because there is just so much there to browse.
The website boasts that they have “unique gifts, furnishings, foods and treasures for the home,” and they aren’t kidding. They also offer local jewelry and artwork. Inventory often changes with the seasons, so there’s always something fresh and new to find.
