Central Kitchen began life as Cleveland Culinary Launch & Kitchen in 2013, The food business incubator provides space, equipment and storage facilities for upstart food businesses that have outgrown home kitchens but aren’t yet big enough to have their own space. It also offers classes and workshops that cover all aspects of running a food business and books special events, meetings and parties. In addition, it now has a food manufacturing hub located on Carnegie for businesses that have grown enough to require additional space to service their growing client lists. Numerous products you now find at farmers markets and grocery stores began life at the Central Kitchen!
