Breweries have been popping up everywhere, and in late 2017, Headtrip Brewery popped up on the Stow-Hudson border. Home brewer Nick Seagle joined with partner Tom Mitchell to open this nanobrewery and taproom in a former juice bar space in the Stow Hudson Towne Centre.
It features a half dozen draft beers on tap, with the selection changing seasonally. They don’t serve food but as with much such places, you’re welcome to bring your own or order from nearby establishments. They’re open weekends only Thursday through Saturday.
