Jon and Ali Hovan, who founded HiHo Brewing Co., had been brewing enthusiasts for almost a decade before opening their Cuyahoga Falls establishment in January 2017. They moved home to northeast Ohio from Denver to launch their business, spending a year building out their seven-barrel brewhouse.
The result is an airy, spacious room with clean lines and multiple seating options. It’s an ideal place to hang with friends, taste one of the 14 proprietary beers and enjoy a meat or cheese snack board, a salad or hummus plate, pulled pork sliders or pizza from the HiHo’s small but satisfying menu. A few wines, hard cider, whiskey, coffee and sodas from Akron’s own Norka sodas are also available.
