MOCA is moving from its current spot at 8501 Carnegie Ave. to its new digs at 11400 Euclid Ave. MOCA celebrates its last show at its current location w/ a show aptly titled “8501 to 11400 (On Moving).”
About the show: “New commissioned drawings, photographs, performance and site-specific installation work by three regional artists—Corrie Slawson, Ben Kinsley and Brandon Juhasz—will explore the literal and philosophical implications of moving. Each artist presents a distinct perspective on MOCA’s past, present and future through broader considerations of history, community, ritual and change.”
