Xinji Noodle Bar

Chef Shuxin Liu, who previously worked at Momocho, opened Xinji Noodle Bar in the summer of 2017 in the rapidly filling-up Lorain Road corridor not far from Momocho. The 100-seat Japanese-style noodle shop with an open kitchen features farm-to-bowl ingredients including meat cuts made in house from whole animals. The menu includes offering as Japanese-style ramen, Korean-style fried chicken, smoked chicken wings and steamed buns, enhanced by a list of beers and sake. An Asian-influenced brunch is served on Sundays.
