Tremont’s finest Italian restaurant cooks up a vegetarian feast every Monday. Don’t slave in the kitchen this Monday — head over to Tremont for gourmet Italian fare. Just take a look at a typical Mon menu:
- Roasted Pepper stuffed with rice, tomatoes, onions and fresh herbs, finished with a Bagnetto verde sauce
- Fried Goat Cheese Panzanella topped with tomatoes, onions and bread pieces finished with red wine vinaigrette
- Arugula Salad topped with grilled polenta and gorgonzola
- Vegetable Pizza – Caramelized onions, artichoke, castelventrano olives, goat cheese and tomatoes
- Vegan Risotto – Rosemary and lemon, served with grilled vegetables
- Polenta Gnocchi with a spicy mushroom ragu
