The Syndicate for the Arts and St. Johns Church invite you to experience the extended duration piece six hours by Douglas Farrand. This piece uses a range of elements and materials like cassette tapes, stones, objects and whistling, accumulated from the composers’ daily musical practice.
Douglas Farrand is a composer, musician, teacher and learner currently residing in Newark N.J. and working in Orange N.J., after having lived in UK, Ireland, Singapore, Ohio and upstate New York.
