Perhaps you’ve had a hectic December with so many events, parties, shopping to do, relatives to entertain. Whether you did or not, it’s a good time to take a step back, relax, reflect and think about your own well-being and peace of mind.
So why don’t you take a drive out to Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Happy Days Lodge for a season of Winter Solstice Yoga? Kim Scott Sowinski will lead the assembled group in a 75-minute yoga practice by a fireside, while you free your mind and think about how2 the days will now be getting longer and we’ll soon have long, light evenings to be outside. Daylight savings on March 8! YAY! The season will be followed by “seasonal refreshments.” The session, for people of all levels of fitness and yoga experience, is designed for those 14 and older, so your stressed teens can benefit too. It’s part of the Nature RX program which you can learn more about here.
Doors are at 6pm. Bring your yoga mat. To save your space and get tickets, go here.
