Bubbles, hula hoops and upbeat reggae music from Carlos Jones & the P.L.U.S. Band (with a guest appearance by local reggae star J.R. Blessington.) What could be better on a sunny, pre-July 4 summer day? 12,000 people felt that nothing could, obviously, as they turned out to relax and soak in the vibes on Wade Oval’s spacious lawn.
