With Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn the neighborhood latest on the rise, the Old Brooklyn Cheese Company offers people a destination to draw them in. It’s Cleveland’s only dedicated cheese shop where you can find more than 100 cheeses, both familiar and unusual, from around the globe and from right inside the building — owner/cheesemaker Michael Januska also creates his own with an aging facility underneath the shop.
You’ll also find a select of local craft beverages and foods that go well with cheese, such as crackers, olives, cured meats, pickles, baguettes and jams. And if you don’t want to get that together yourself for your next party, they’ll create a cheese platter for you.
