Tuneful Cleveland punk quartet Signals Midwest has had a groundbreaking year. Following a spring tour of the east coast and midwest, they released a five-song acoustic EP called Wherever I Might Land to launch them on their first European tour in September. It landed them in some two dozen cities in Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Denmark, the UK and Scotland. And when they got back they headed down to Gainesville for The Fest.
Somehow, they’ve managed to squeeze in writing some new songs, which they’re promising to play at the Grog Shop this weekend when they headline a free show there. The evening features a great lineup of high-energy locals: Light Years, So Long Albatross, Worship This! and Runaway Brothers.
And once again, it’s free. So go.
