You know this weekend is going to be selfie heaven on Put-in-Bay. The World’s Largest Yellow Rubber Duck is coming back for three days. The Mama Duck is 61 feet tall, taller than a six-story building, and she’s bringing her 10-foot-tall ducklings in case the kids want to pose with something less overwhelming.
The ducks will be on view at the corner of Langram and Meechen Roads across from the Put-in-Bay Airport. There you’ll also find food, games for kids under 9, photo opps, and Mama Duck souvenirs and apparel available for sale including a special “Don’t Give Up The Ship” America 250 duck souvenir.
It will also be happening at the same time as the weekend-long Jeep Invasion on the island so expect it to be busy! Go here for more information and to book your tickets on the Miller Ferry whose dock is just up the road from the airport.
