Mon 4/27 @ 6:30PM
Most Monday evenings from the beginning of May until the end of October, Slow Roll Cleveland hosts comfortably paced social bike rides for cyclists of all ages and abilities. Each Monday it launches from a different city neighborhood and takes rides on a ten-mile jaunt that gives them a chance to get some exercise and fresh air and see a different part of the city. Its Squad members are always on hand to make sure everyone’s OK.
The season kicks off May 4 in Ohio City. But before that ride, Slow Roll Cleveland is hosting its annual kickoff meeting and fundraiser, taking place at the Music Box Supper Club. There riders can hear about the plans for the season, socialize with other cyclists, listen to music spun by DJ Lily Jade and chow down on a “Fuel the Ride” menu of burgers, wings, tater tots and fries including in the ticket price. There’ll also be raffles to raise more money to support the rides. Get tickets here.
