Suma Recording in Painesville has been hosting a series called “Suma Sessions,” where music fans can buy tickets to sit in on a recording session and help fund the project the artist is working on.
The next one features singer/songwriter/guitarist Tracy Marie who has been a part of the area music scene for more than 25 years, performing in a variety of genres ranging from hard rock to pop to blues to acoustic singer/songwriter music. As a songwriter she’s exceptionally versatile, as her six albums, starting with her 2001 debut Sheik European Assassin Woman, demonstrate. At Suma, she’ll be recording part of her seventh, titled Piano.
Your ticket gets you into the session/concert, as well as a post-concert dessert reception to meet the artists and studio personnel, and a tour of the historic studio. All money from ticket sales will go to the cost of the new album. Get them here.
