SHED Projects is a house gallery opened earlier this year that shows artwork by artists from around the country — mostly installation-type work. It was started in 2021 by Jon Gott and Gabrielle Banzhaf at their home in New Orleans; When they moved back to Cleveland in 2023, they turned the upstairs of the historic house in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood into their living quarters and the downstairs into an art gallery that’s primarily a site for thought-provoking installation art.
This week, they’re hosting a Happy Hour fundraiser at Porco Lounge in Ohio City. It will feature a live performance of Cetecean by Deke Weaver at 6pm and a listening session curated by Charles Schoen all evening. Tickets include one drinks. RSVP to gabrielle@shed-projects.org.
