The next show at Old Brooklyn’s Pinwheel Gallery is a group show honoring Libby’s 125th birthday. Who, you ask, is Libby? It’s actually the vintage building whose ground floor houses the gallery, and nearly 30 artists will be displaying work paying tribute to it in a variety of mediums. Guests are invited to wear turn-of-the-century (1900) attire to honor the edifice built in 1899. There will be prizes for the best costumes.
Breaking the 1899 mood, the Tribe Ostara Bellydance Troupe will be performing, and there will be
FrankieLynn gourmet hot dogs available for purchase.
The show will be on view through July 25.
