Mexican classical pianist Daniela Liebman is just 21, but her career is already chugging into overdrive. Making her debut at the age of 8, she’s already performed with nearly three dozen orchestras on four continents, and has a long list of orchestral appearances lined up for this season. She’s also booked recitals in Mexico City, Chicago’s Ravinia, New York’s Kennedy Center — and Cleveland. She’s currently attending the Juilliard School.
You can catch this rising star for free in two appearances, presented by Piano Cleveland. She’ll be playing in the Ames Family Auditorium at the Cleveland Museum of Art of Tuesday May 13. On Wednesday May 14, she’ll perform at the BrewDog Cleveland Outpost in the Flats, performing an entirely different set of pieces and joined by fellow pianists. And Piano Cleveland will buy you your first beer!
